New features added

Decided to add a few changes to the site. One is instantly recogniseable.

New Sidebar: The sidebar to the left easily allows you to see the more recent of posts. It allows for you to search more conveniently as well.

User Group Colours: The Admin and Moderator groups have had a change of colour. It is now much easier to tell the difference between each set group if you need to contact someone.

Points System: I feel it is important to give people credit for taking time to generate discussion. Therefore, a new points system is now in effect. You get 1 point per post and 3 points per new thread. The same high standard of posting is still to be followed though.

Reputation System: Much like the points system, but this is a system to reward your fellow members with. There are two types of rep that you can give. You can give member rep by clicking "thanks" in there posts. You can also award them rep by clicking the "+" next to there post. There is also a negative rep "-" that can be given. That feature may be removed if abused.

On the subect of changes...do you maybe wanna allow any non-admins to post in every forum I can't post in the football one and another one which I can't remember. I get the "only admins have permission to post in this forum message" lol.

Right, I've made the changes so hopefully it opens it up now. If there is a problem let me know and I'll get on to it
